Shopify Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Shopify Operations Manager to support our rapidly growing online business. This role involves managing customer service, order fulfillment, inventory coordination, and key back-office functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and social media in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges using Shopify and ShipStation.
  • Oversee supplier shipments and track inventory levels to avoid stockouts.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in Google Sheets and Excel (must-have skills).
  • Support marketing initiatives by assisting with Canva designs and visual assets (preferred).
  • Continuously identify process gaps and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Stay adaptable to new tools, workflows, and evolving responsibilities.

Mandatory Skills & Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven Shopify experience (MUST).
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel (MUST).
  • Hands-on experience with ChatGPT.
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience in inventory and shipping coordination.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of ShipStation.
  • Basic Canva skills.
  • Prior experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce.
