Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project & Marketing Assistant to support two key business areas: creative project management and marketing/business development. This hybrid role involves coordinating production workflows, managing talent and assets, ensuring content quality, and executing outreach strategies to drive growth. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates clearly, and is comfortable juggling creative, administrative, and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Creative Project Management

  2. Daily Project Updates: Track milestones, flag issues, and provide regular progress updates via internal communication channels.

  3. Quality Control: Review deliverables for accuracy and alignment with requirements; document and manage revision requests.
  4. Content Production Support: Assist with basic video editing, AI voiceover creation, audio cleanup, and format conversion.
  5. Talent Coordination: Maintain a database of talent and artists, schedule recordings, and track availability and rates.
  6. Admin & Research: Conduct market and content research, organize project files, and support documentation needs.
  7. Workflow Optimization: Maintain project boards, develop SOPs, and manage digital assets such as music and graphics.

  8. Marketing & Business Development

  9. Lead Generation: Build and maintain a list of prospective clients and strategic contacts.

  10. Recruitment Outreach: Use professional platforms to identify and engage potential talent or collaborators.
  11. Webinar Management: Coordinate webinar communications, manage invites and registrations, and oversee operational logistics.
  12. GMB: Update services and products
  13. Copywriting: Write blog posts, service pages, FAQs and locations pages

Schedule: 1pm-10pm PH time

Location: Royal Valley, Bangkal, Davao City
