MARKETING ASSISTANT JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supports the marketing team's by performing a variety of tasks, including market research, data analysis, content creation, and coordinating marketing campaigns. She may also manage social media, plan events, and create marketing materials& assist administrative task

Key Function and Responsibilities

- Market Research and Analysis

  • Assist in gathering and analyzing data on target audiences, market trends, and competitors activities

- Content Creation & Management

  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.

- Compaign Coordinator / Event Planning

  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising

- Administrative and Project Support

  • Maintaining data bases and mailing lists, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. Assisting with event planning and logistics, helping to organize and coordinate marketing events Performaing General administrative tasks: answering phone calls and handling other office duties
  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to set appointments, make order thru follow up calls to assist regular ordering of clients & assisting on collections follow up, etc. Partly, will assume logistics work for packaged SKUs
  • Inventory management by keeping track of stocks level, locations, and quantities of goods, ensuring inventory records are up-to-date conducting regular audits of inventory to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies. Coordinate closely with Sales Adm Assistant for JO creation.
  • monitor status of delivery providing updates on delivery times and locations and resolving any issues that may arise arranging delivery of goods
  • Responding to customers inquiries, resolving delivery issues and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring all logistics operations comply with relevant regulations and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all logistics activities, including invetory, deliveries and customer interactions
  • Identifying and resolving issues related to logistics, such as delays, damage or shortages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
