Support Operational Requirements in the Driver Centers
Provide logistical and administrative support to various services and initiatives in the Driver Center, which may require coordination with vendors (maintenance, security, as well as lessors) to enable smooth operations in our GDCs
This will include ensuring sufficient supplies in our GDCs, ensuring on-time payment and processing of monthly dues (rentals, utilities, snacks, etc) of our GDCs
Liasing with government offices to ensure compliance with necessary business permits for operations
Weekly Foot Traffic Monitoring:
Track and monitor weekly foot traffic for GPCs (Prima, Greenfield Marikina) using QMS export reports.
Analyze WOW foot traffic data and generate service reports for all GPCs.
Provide insights and recommendations based on traffic trends to improve operational efficiency.
Coordination with Third-Party Warehouses:
Facilitate and coordinate incoming and outgoing stock for all stakeholders (e.g., DE, ACQUI, etc.) using email and Viber platforms.
Ensure inventory accuracy and timely communication with warehouse teams.
Resolve any logistical issues related to stock movement.
Calendar Management:
Perform daily updates to the GPC calendar for upcoming events across all locations.
Manage and schedule meeting rooms in Marikina, ensuring all requests are accommodated.
Propose alternative dates for events, forums, acquisitions, and meetings when conflicts arise.
Maintain a structured and accessible calendar for internal stakeholders.
Communication of Grab Driver Functions, Locations & Schedules:
Draft and send email updates to all stakeholders regarding new services, holiday schedules, and other important announcements.
Ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information related to GPC operations.
Act as the central point of contact for inquiries regarding GPC functions and schedules.
Other duties as assigned by the Driver Acquisition and Onboarding leads.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Clear and professional communication with stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft/Google productivity tools.
Experience in operations coordination: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
Familiarity with logistics and inventory management: Knowledge of processes related to stock movement and warehouse coordination.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in reports, emails, and calendar updates.
Collaboration: Work effectively with stakeholders across various teams and locations.
Problem-Solving: Propose solutions for scheduling conflicts and logistical challenges.
Time Management: Handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Attention to detail and accuracy. Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills. Proactive and self-starters, and has a high degree of personal responsibility. Enjoy working as part of a team.
Comfortable multi-tasking as a key player on a variety of projects (if necessary.)
Handle themselves in a pleasant, personable manner (in-person, phone, and email.)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively.
Proficiency in tools: Skilled in using QMS, email platforms, and instant messaging applications (e.g., Viber).
Must be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive and transport industry
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
