Mandaluyong City, National Capital Region, Philippines BUSY BEE CLEANING SOLUTIONS INC Full time ₱250,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  1. Operational Oversight

  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all operational concerns and issues.

  3. Coordinate closely with the sales team, allowing sales representatives to focus on converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
  4. Manage and approve all requests from cleaners, including equipment, consumables, and leave applications.
  5. Oversee and control the revolving fund for all branches; no OIC or cleaner is permitted to handle branch revolving cash.
  6. Dispatch confirmed bookings for the next day and ensure proper crew assignments.
  7. Monitor day-to-day operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow and timely resolution of issues.

2. Start-of-Day Checks & Planning (7:00 AM)

  • Review returned Service Reports/Job Orders (SR/JO) for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyze any operational concerns from the previous day and develop action plans.
  • Prepare daily work schedules and crew assignments.

3. Crew Management

  • Monitor attendance and punctuality using company-approved tracking tools.
  • Approve and record cleaner leaves.
  • Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, including crew log-in times.
  • Supervise crew grooming and uniform compliance.
  • Manage the preparation and distribution of cleaning/repair kits based on the day's bookings.
  • Conduct daily morning huddles to align the team on goals, schedules, and reminders.

4. Operational Supervision

  • Conduct quality checks on consumables, machines, and equipment before deployment.
  • Maintain open communication with sales and operations teams to ensure service standards are met.
  • Oversee the printing and distribution of JOs.
  • Facilitate discussions on operational issues, updates, and management directives.

5. Service Quality & Delivery

  • Ensure crews travel, arrive, and set up for cleaning services efficiently.
  • Oversee the cleaning process from pre - cleaning discussions to post-cleaning assessments.
  • Ensure all services are completed within allocated time frames and quality standards.
  • Manage client feedback, address concerns, and handle incident reports.

6. Equipment & Inventory Management

  • Approve and monitor requests for consumables and equipment.
  • Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of all cleaning tools and machinery.
  • Maintain an updated inventory record and coordinate replenishment as needed.
  • Conduct regular visits to both South and North branches to check consumables, machine condition, and inventory status.
  • Take full responsibility for purchasing consumables for each branch and ensure timely supply to avoid service disruption.
  • Closely monitor the usage of all consumables to ensure they are properly used and accounted for according to company standards.

7. Reporting & Documentation

  • Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of crew performance, service quality, and operational incidents.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, equipment, or training to enhance service delivery.

Communication Management

  • Establish and supervise communication channels between cleaners, driver, sales, operations team, and clients. - Will act as the main point of contact concerning cleaners, driver, sales, and clients.- Responsible for ensuring that cleaner and client relationships are running smoothly. - Coordination and monitoring of real time updates from cleaners. - Relay information or special instructions to cleaners Dispatching - Work alongside with Sales Team Lead and Operations Supervisor to organize bookings accordingly - Responsible for dispatching cleaners to client locations. - Seek approval with the Sales Team Lead regarding booking revenue prior dispatch.

Operational Support - Will handle concerns of clients including Back job concerns via FB Messenger or calls. - Meet KPI for Open and Closed Cases (Back Job) - Will work alongside with the Sales team lead and Operations Supervisor to schedule Back Job concerns.

Recruitment Support - Will handle recruitment for additional capacity in the Regional Branch.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
