A. JOB SUMMARY
The position of Sales and Marketing Specialist is specifically dedicated to Trident International Education Consultancy Agency which aims to deploy students and alumni of AMAES and non-AMA students & alumni to pursue education, work and possible residency in Australia.
B. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Plan, organize, and execute marketing and sales programs through provincial and local student convocations on a continuing and rotating basis to all branches nationwide
· Plan strategies to get more applications from AMAES branches as well as from social media inquiries;
· Prepare powerpoint slides and make presentations to students, alumni and parents about the International Studies Pathway
· Monitor status of applications on a day-to-day basis and coordinate with School Directors of AMAES branches;
· Negotiate and close deals in-person or through calls;
· Provide good customer service addressing issues/problems of the students, alumni and other applicants;
· Follow-up with audience and attendees from provincial assemblies to generate more successful applicants to international partner-schools in Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Europe-UK and USA.
· Represent AMA in a professional manner at all times;
· Maintain sales activity records, reports and follow-ups for management reports
· Act as the point persons for outside, inside and partner sales teams
· Attend trade shows and events to market the international students pathway
· Analyze trends, data, demographics, and other information that can improve marketing and sales performance;
· Develop sales & marketing plans to increase awareness and interest in the international study and work pathway through special promotions and sponsored events
· Propose content or updates in the websites, brochures, flyers, or other printed materials used in promotions, in coordination with the Marketing and Social Media department.

Reports to : The Head of Trident International Education Consultancy Agency

D. QUALIFICATIONS
Education : Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or
related field of specialization
Experience : At least three-year experience in related field
Training : Relevant training on International Students Recruitment
Skills :
· Excellent interpersonal skill, proficient in oral and written communications and computer literate
· Must be able to multi-task
· Courteous, conscientious, professional in both presentation and appearance;
· Ability to work cooperatively and effectively in both an individual and team environment with minimal supervision
· Willing to travel nationwide for presentations;
· Highly motivated, self-driven, and ambitious to drive sales and revenue for the company;
· A strong team player who enjoys the art of sales;
· Proficiency in MS Office specially Powerpoint, Excel, Word
· Problem-solving skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php22,000.00 per month
