Job description:

A Sales and Marketing Specialist develops and implements strategies for both sales and marketing to drive revenue and brand awareness. Responsibilities include market research, creating marketing campaigns across multiple channels, managing customer relationships, analyzing sales data, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve company goals. Key skills for this role are strong analytical, communication, and project management abilities, with a focus on being customer-focused and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales plans, setting sales targets, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, and advertising, to reach target audiences.
  • Conducting market research to understand industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform strategy.
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and connecting with prospective customers.
  • Working with internal teams (e.g., sales, leadership, creative) to launch new products, execute marketing plans, and ensure cohesive strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field of specialization.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for engaging with clients, internal teams, and for creating marketing content.
  • The ability to analyze market and sales data to draw insights and make recommendations for improvement.
  • A strong customer-centric approach to build relationships and meet customer needs.
