JOB SUMMARY:
Assist in the preparation of billing/invoices which includes compiling, preparation, recording, posting and deliveries/emailing of invoices with the supervision of the accountant.
Assist in the follow-ups of the missing requirements on the liquidations, attachments and approvals.
Assists the Accountant in the preparation of financial statements and accounts, budgeting, managing ledgers, processing invoices, and preparing VAT returns.
Assist in the preparation of invoices (daily extraction, analysis and posting) including the attachments and needed documents prior to the deliveries of invoices.
Assures the entries in Business Central are correctly distributed and proper accounts are treated based on the sales sheet.
Assist in following up of requirements and other pending items
Assists in sending invoices, whether in hard or soft copies within 24 hours with the needed and correct attachments based on the client's requirements.
Assures delivery of invoices is within the timeline specified on the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) either via email or manual delivery of invoice under the supervision of the Accountant
Assist in the following up the liquidations for the various cash advances
Assures that she will be well trained in the safe keeping of records like invoices and vouchers and its attachments on a daily basis for future reference.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Accountancy or Business Administration or any related course.
- At least three (3) to four (4) years of experience, preferably in a similar environment.
- Proven working experience as invoicing and billing clerk
- Strong problem-solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis, multi-tasking skills and accounts receivable principles.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
