The Role

We are seeking an experienced
Architectural Coordinator
to join our expanding
Manila office
. In this role, you will be an integral part of the design process — producing detailed drawing sets, coordinating with multiple disciplines, resolving technical details, and ensuring that design intent is consistently carried through from concept to construction.

You should bring solid experience with
large-scale developments
— from residential and mixed-use towers to hospitality and office projects. With an international portfolio spanning the
US, Middle East, Asia, and Southeast Asia,
just to name a few
, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects shaped by diverse contexts and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare architectural drawings for Schematic, Design Development, and Tender stages.
  • Coordinate with Interior Design, Structural, and M&E teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Resolve technical construction details with precision and efficiency.
  • Review contractors' shop drawings and provide timely feedback.
  • Safeguard design intent and specifications throughout drawings and site implementation.

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in an architectural office, with exposure to Singapore practices preferred.
  • Proficiency in Revit is a must
    ; knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp is also required.
  • Strong knowledge of detailing, specifications, and design standards.
