Job description:

  • Creation of AS BUILT PLAN(Architectural, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Structural, Auxilliary, Fire Pro)
  • Creation of PRELIMINARY and FINAL LAYOUT(Architectural, Furniture Layout at Kitchen, Furniture Layout at Dining Area, 3D Perspective)
  • Creation of WORKING DRAWINGSArchitectural (FCD), Furniture Layout at Kitchen, Furniture Layout at Dining Area, 3D PerspectiveReflected Ceiling Plan, Section and Elevation, Blow-up Plans and Details, Signange Details, Schedule of Finishes, Schedule of Doors and Windows
  • MEFPS Plans and Details (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection, Sanitary) plans.
  • Coordination with the Mall Admin for Plans Approval
  • Coordination with Kuya J Cost Engr & Procurement
  • Attend Pre-bid Meeting as a Design Resource Person
  • Construction Phase
  • Responsible for RFA and RFI of the ConCreation of Shop Drawings if needed
  • Conduct Site Inspection
  • Checking of AS BUILT PLAN from the Contractor
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, D5 render and other similar softwares.
  • Knowledgeable in building codes, safety, and accessibility standards

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, Education, Engineering, Architectural Design, Construction, Technical, Environmental Design, or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

Preferably Licensed Interior Designer or Architect with 2 to 3 years experience in restaurant / hospitality design with a strong portfolio.
