We're Hiring: Senior Management Accountant | Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila

AMG is looking for a Senior Management Accountant to join our growing team If you're a strategic thinker with a solid background in finance, strong analytical skills, and a passion for excellence, this leadership opportunity is for you.

Employment Type: Full-Time


About the Role

As our Senior Management Accountant, you'll take full ownership of AMG's financial operations, reporting, internal controls, and compliance. You'll play a key role in steering our finance strategy while keeping our daily operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial reporting, monthly closings, and internal management reports
  • Approve and oversee bank transactions, payroll, vendor payments, and disbursements
  • Manage tax filings and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Drive internal controls, policy development, and system accuracy
  • Oversee annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and cost-benefit analyses
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to support operational decision-making
  • Supervise finance-related administration functions

What We're Looking For

5–7 years of experience in finance management and reporting

CPA (preferred), with a Bachelor's in Accountancy or related field

Deep understanding of PH tax laws, BIR/SEC compliance, and full-spectrum accounting

Excellent Excel skills; experience with accounting platforms or ERP systems

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience with JIRA Payment Set-up is a plus
