JOB SUMMARY

The Resort Marketing Assistant Manager is responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth for the resort. This role oversees brand positioning, digital marketing, content planning, loyalty programs, partnerships, and events. It also involves managing the marketing budget, mentoring a marketing team, and collaborating with internal departments and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and successful campaign execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, traffic, and revenue. You'll also manage campaign logistics, coordinate with creative teams to produce marketing materials, and oversee content production for all digital channels
  • Oversee and refine the resort's brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels to ensure consistency and alignment with business goals
  • Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, content, and paid media. You will also help manage the resort's website and analyze digital campaign performance using key metrics
  • Collaborates with partners, PR teams, and influencers to increase brand visibility through strategic initiatives
  • Helps plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and events to drive visitor traffic and attract target audiences
  • Manages the marketing budget for maximum impact, mentors the marketing team, and works with other departments to ensure smooth operations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of marketing or communications experience, ideally in hospitality or tourism
  • Able to handle complex/multiple campaigns. Familiarity with Social Media is preferred
  • Experience with integrated resort marketing, managing complex campaigns across various services like hotels, casinos, and dining
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CMS, and social media is required
  • Strong communication skills and excellent project management background with a keen eye for detail
