Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Assistant Accounting Manager at The Henry Hotels and Resorts based in Pasay, with some flexibility for remote work. The Assistant Accounting Manager will be responsible for the preparation of financial statements, analyzing financial data, managing journal entries, and overseeing fixed assets. Daily tasks include ensuring accuracy in financial documentation, supporting the Finance department, and assisting in financial planning and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of working experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
  • Strong understanding and experience with Financial Statements and Finance.
  • Accuracy in preparing reports, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance.
  • Proficiency with various accounting software and tools.
  • Upholds high ethical standards in financial practices and decision-making.
