JOB DESCRIPTION
Create and Implement social media strategies
Manage Social Media calendar and campaigns for various social media platforms that align with business directions,and strategies. Support local campaigns and communication needs for different projects (ad-hoc or otherwise)
Crafting clear and well-written messages quickly. Deliver copy/communications that are actionable, engaging, influence behavior and move metrics
Work with the marketing, creative, and customer experience team to create high quality, engaging, relevant, and timely content according to company strategies
Responding and interacting with community
Deploy social listening tools to monitor positive/negative comments and topic trends, and strive to boost engagement and resolve any potential conflicts that may affect brand reputation
Generate comprehensive reports on overall community sentiment and notable trends and provide meaningful insight/ feedback to various internal teams
Keep up to date to the latest social media trends and emerging social media platforms in the industry
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, or any 4-year digital marketing related course
Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of online/digital marketing industry and trends
Proven work experience (at least two years) in managing social communities and social media platforms. Deep experience in social media platforms is necessary (ie. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn/YouTube, etc)
Experience in managing teams and/or marketing agencies is a plus
Experience planning and leading community initiatives
Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
Knowledge of Hootsuite, Sprinklr or similar content management systems/ programs is advantageous
Ability to interpret and monitor social and web analytics. Proficient in Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, is advantageous
With relevant work experience in content planning, production and management.
Must be knowledgeable about transport, cars and the automotive industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in speaking, writing in both Filipino and English language. Fluent in Bisaya is a plus
Attention to detail and accuracy
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Excellent time management skills. Proactive and self-starters, and has a high degree of personal responsibility
Comfortable hitting project deadlines.
Value constructive criticism.
Comfortable multi-tasking as a key player on a variety of projects (if necessary)

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
