Job Description
As a Marketing Campaign Performance Specialist, you'll execute and optimize paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. Your goal is to drive measurable results, analyze performance data, and collaborate with teams to deliver client success — all while maintaining excellence and efficiency in every campaign.
Job Overview
Employment type: Full-time
Shift: Day Shift, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST), Monday to Friday
Work setup: Onsite, Makati

The Qualifications We Seek
- Minimum 3 years of paid media/ads experience (Google Ads and/or Meta), focused on retail and e-commerce clients
- Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes, and adapt to new ways of working
- A positive attitude and a hunger to learn, grow, and collaborate
- Basic applied knowledge of 1–2 performance marketing channels and tools (including reporting, tracking/pacing, and optimizing)
- Basic proficiency in relevant reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, DataStudio)
- Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and make adjustments to improve performance
- Ability to meet deadlines, manage own time, and prioritize workload effectively
- Basic troubleshooting skills for campaigns, tracking, pixels, and data feeds
- Active participation in team initiatives and collaboration across departments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agency experience essential
Your Daily Tasks
- Campaign Execution: Implement and manage performance marketing campaigns according to strategic direction
- Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data to improve ROI
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities
- Reporting: Prepare detailed performance reports and insights for stakeholders and clients
- Tool Management: Use performance marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) effectively
