Business Analysis

  • Conduct requirements elicitation with clients via face-to-face or online meetings.
  • Document business requirements, scope of work, feature mapping, product backlog, wireframes, process flows, and data dictionaries.
  • Present documentation and findings to clients and stakeholders.
  • Provide system solutions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and project discussions to ensure alignment with SDLC practices.

  • Minimum Qualifications: College degree holder and preferably Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar course (Masters degree is a plus)

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
  • Strong experience in requirements elicitation (client-facing, remote, and on-site).
  • Proficiency in documenting BRD, SOW, Feature Mapping, Product Backlog, Wireframes, Process Flows, and Data Dictionaries. Familiarity with ClickUp and Balsamiq.
  • Ability to translate business needs into system solutions and articulate them effectively to clients and technical teams.
  • Experience in providing actionable recommendations and working collaboratively with developers, QA, and other project teams.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are met.
  • Experience with Agile SDLC practices and familiarity with tools such as ClickUp to manage tasks and backlogs.
