Administrative Assistant

Location: Malate, Manila
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend to tenant calls, service requests, and walk-in inquiries.
- Prepare and compute summaries of payments and billing for:
- Dues
- Utilities
- Office supplies
- Memberships
- Updated and maintained dormitory tenant records, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Conduct regular inventory checks of office and storeroom items.
- Coordinate and process requests for gate passes and job orders.
- Handle canvassing and purchasing functions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 years of experience in an administrative or similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other commonly used business software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and proactive attitude.
- Willing to work onsite in Malate, Manila.
