Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily monitors delinquent accounts;
  • Communicates with buyers thru calls to assist them in settling their accounts and addressing customer inquiries and concerns regarding their accounts and payments;
  • Proactively sending out friendly reminders to buyers with upcoming or overdue payments.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must be at least College Graduate
  • Experience in a collection agency or with delinquent buyers is preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Executes tasks with utmost professionalism and integrity.
