We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to help build, lead, and strengthen our operations as the company expands.
Qualifications:
- Must have experience in the real estate industry
- Residing in or near Makati City
- Strong background in operations management
- Excellent people management and client communication skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
- Has a pleasing personality and professional demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Willing and able to travel for events or field activities
- Strong decision-making abilities
- Experience in developing, improving, and implementing operational processes
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities and ensure efficiency
- Manage and supervise staff to ensure productivity and performance
- Coordinate with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Monitor work processes and implement improvements
- Assist in planning and executing company events and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Support the CEO and management team in strategic operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
