I. GENERAL INFORMATION :
The Clinic Manager will overseeing and managing all operations of a Beauty Spa Clinic, ensuring the branch operates efficiently, meets revenue targets, and maintains the highest quality of service. This position plays a crucial role in supervising staff, managing facilities, and building strong relationships with clients.
Working time : 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, 6 days/week (From Monday to Sunday, any day off during the week is not fixed)
II. JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Operations and Management
· Supervise daily operations: Ensure all service procedures, client reception, and skincare treatments run smoothly and adhere to standards.
· Manage work schedules: Arrange and coordinate staff schedules (therapists, consultants) to optimize performance and meet customer needs.
· Oversee facilities: Monitor and ensure that all equipment, machinery, and rooms are in good condition and clean. Report any malfunctions or shortages promptly for resolution.
- Human Resources Management
· Training and development: Directly participate in training new and existing staff on professional skills and soft skills. Organize regular training sessions to enhance the team's expertise.
· Performance evaluation: Evaluating staff performance, providing constructive feedback, and proposing rewards or disciplinary actions.
· Team culture building: Foster a positive work environment, promote team cohesion, and resolve internal conflicts.
- Business and Customer Relations
· Business support: Implementing promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to achieve revenue targets. Directly consult with clients on service packages and products.
· Customer care: Handle client feedback and complaints professionally and effectively, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
· Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue, expenses, staff performance, and other arising issues.
III. REQUIREMENT:
- Skills and Experience
· A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position at a Spa, Clinic, or high-end beauty service industry.
· Deep knowledge of beauty treatments, skincare, and related products.
· Excellent management, operational, and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
· Proficient in using Spa/Clinic management software.
· Ability to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

IV. WORKING CONDITIONS:
Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Working days: 6 days/week
Working hours: 8 hours/day
V. BENEFITSTotal income: 50,000 – 80,000 peso/month + Commission.
- Probation period: 6 months (receiving 100% of base salary), with social insurance per regulations
