About the role

Kintetsu World Express Phils., Inc. is seeking a dedicated and organised Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team in Paranaque City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehousing and distribution facilities.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, inspecting, and accurately logging all incoming shipments and materials
  • Carefully storing and organising inventory in designated storage areas
  • Assisting with the timely and efficient fulfillment of customer orders
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all warehouse activities
  • Ensuring the warehouse environment is clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Collaborating with the logistics team to optimise warehouse operations
  • Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

What we're looking for

  • At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Strong organisational and attention to detail skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management software and basic computer skills
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
