About the Role

Antel Land, one of Cavite's most established and forward-looking real estate developers, is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the company's marketing operations across its residential, township, and mixed-use projects.

This role is ideal for a strategic and leadership-driven marketer who can oversee the end-to-end marketing needs of Antel Land—covering flagship developments such as Anyana Township, Antel Grand Village, and upcoming future projects.

You will guide a multi-disciplinary team and play a central role in strengthening Antel Land's brand presence, sales performance support, and long-term marketing direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy, campaign direction, and annual/quarterly planning for all Antel Land projects.
  • Oversee branding, events, digital marketing, creative production, and on-site/off-site marketing touchpoints.
  • Manage and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong project ownership.
  • Review campaign proposals, branding materials, content plans, and event concepts before endorsement.
  • Ensure marketing initiatives are aligned across all departments including Sales, Technical, Admin, and Project Teams.
  • Monitor campaign performance, digital KPIs, content effectiveness, and event success metrics.
  • Strengthen Antel Land's overall brand identity across printed materials, social media, events, and site branding.
  • Support major project launches, open houses, activations, and large-scale corporate marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in integrated marketing: branding, events, digital, content production, and campaign management.
  • Experience in real estate, property development, lifestyle, or retail industries is an advantage.
  • Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Google Workspace.
  • Willing to work onsite in Tanza, Cavite and support weekend events when required.
