Your Impact
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Product Manager with a data-driven and pragmatic mindset to join our Product Management team. As a Product Manager in our core product team, you will work closely with Operations, Commercial, Design, Engineering, and other product functions to improve the matching functionality. You and your team will be responsible for creating scalable and efficient solutions to match passengers and drivers and to increase supply efficiency.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of product leadership, solving complex problems collaboratively, identifying and assessing opportunities to achieve goals, connecting their domain to the broader vision, proactively collaborating across the organization, managing multiple priorities, designing and running experiments in a two-sided marketplace, and navigating uncertainty with confidence.
What You'll Drive Forward
Be accountable for maximizing business outcomes in a data-heavy environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the team is solving the right problems and building the right solutions.
Translate ideas into clear, prioritized epics, user stories, and tasks aligned with team roadmaps and company strategy.
Identify and prioritize opportunities or where the product is under-performing through data analysis and user research to address business needs and deliver value to users.
Define and (in)validate hypotheses, and assumptions and measure whether desired outcomes are achieved.
Translate product opportunities into actionable initiatives with clearly defined use cases, scenarios, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with other Product Managers and Engineering teams to maximize the success of operational processes.
Manage all aspects of live products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issue resolution.

Product Requirements Documentation: Skilled in writing, reviewing, and iterating on Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) based on stakeholder feedback.
Feature Impact Analysis: Knowledge and experience of feature impact analysis.
Feature Prioritization: Ability to prioritize features and tasks.
Metrics Design and Monitoring: Ability to design and monitor meaningful metrics for products.
Product Ownership: A product owner who ensures proper and on-time delivery.
Agile Methodologies: Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence).
Team Communication: Organize and communicate team status, progress, obstacles, and functional sequencing to the organization.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Product Life Cycles: Full understanding of software product life cycles for multi-stage long-term strategic initiatives for enterprise software or web-based products.
Analytics Tools: Knowledge of using analytics tools.
Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Product Management or a related role, ideally in data-intensive, platform, or two-sided marketplace environments.
Language Proficiency: Fluency in English.
