Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing Manager in implementing marketing strategies, campaigns, and events across all projects.
  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, open houses, and community activities.
  • Manage the marketing team's day-to-day tasks to ensure timely and high-quality outputs.
  • Oversee the creation and rollout of marketing materials in line with brand standards.
  • Ensure smooth coordination of marketing requirements and internal processes.
  • Monitor campaign performance and market trends to support planning and improvements.
  • Handle special projects and other marketing-related tasks as needed.

MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, events, or advertising (real estate or retail preferred).
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Experience in Real Estate / Property Development will be an advantage
  • Willing to work onsite in Cavite
