Tasks:

  • Design, deploy, and manage cloud & server infrastructure for high availability and efficiency.
  • Implement security hardening, encryption, and compliance measures to safeguard systems.
  • Oversee disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and data redundancy solutions.
  • Automate cloud resource provisioning, monitoring, and scaling for seamless operations.
  • Act as an escalation point for advanced troubleshooting and mentoring Tier 1 engineers.
  • Ensure process governance, maintain IT documentation, and enhance service desk efficiency.
  • Monitor system health, security alerts, and KPIs, driving continuous improvement.
  • Respond to unplanned infrastructure events and implement disaster recovery plans.

Requirements:

  • Working experience with Azure, MS365 Cloud, MS Intune, Active Directory, GPO, MS Defender,

Security and Compliance Management
- AWS, Airwatch experience is an advantage, but not required
- Solid knowledge of networking, security protocols, and identity & access management (IAM)
- Experience with automation & scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible)
- Expertise in disaster recovery, backup solutions, and compliance standards
- Hands-on experience in endpoint protection, security monitoring, and remediation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
