Work Set-up: Work From Home

Salary: Php 45,000.00 – Php 55,000.00

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM PH Time | UK Holidays

Job Description:

The Non-Destructive Report (NDR) Analyst plays an essential role in the Structural Repairs and Inspection team. In this role, you'll be responsible for analyzing and compiling data gathered from non-destructive testing (NDT) and building condition surveys. You'll focus on reviewing scan results, identifying potential structural issues (such as cracks, voids, or thinning materials), and creating easy-to-understand reports that help guide repair and maintenance decisions.

You'll collaborate closely with engineers, inspectors, and site teams to ensure that data is accurate and that findings are communicated clearly. This is a detail-oriented role where you'll be involved in presenting your analyses in a straightforward way that supports effective decision-making.

Department: Structural Repairs / Inspection and Testing

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Review and interpret NDT data from tests like ultrasonic or infrared scanning to spot any issues with structure, materials, or integrity.

• Reporting: Prepare clear, accurate reports based on your analysis of NDT results, highlighting areas that need attention and providing recommendations.

• Collaboration: Work alongside engineers and inspectors to ensure the data is correct and that it aligns with the needs of the project.

• Problem-Solving: Identify potential concerns from test results and suggest ways to address them.

• Documentation: Keep organized records of inspection results and reports for future reference or regulatory purposes.

Qualifications:

Must-Have Skills:

• Data Analysis: Ability to review and interpret data, spotting key issues and patterns.

• Attention to Detail: Careful in identifying and noting structural issues or anomalies.

• Report Writing: Capable of creating clear, concise reports that summarize findings in an understandable way.

• Teamwork: Comfortable working with engineers, inspectors, and other team members to ensure accurate communication and decision-making.

• Software Skills: Basic experience with tools like Excel or other data analysis software for compiling and interpreting results.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Knowledge of NDT Methods: Some familiarity with common non-destructive testing methods like ultrasonic or infrared scans.

• Basic Engineering Knowledge: A general understanding of structural materials and issues that might arise in buildings or infrastructure.

• Project Coordination: Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks or deadlines.

• Additional Software Knowledge: Experience with tools like AutoCAD or other design software could be useful, but not required.
