We are looking for an HR Generalist with 1–2 years of experience and a strong, confident personality to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable, and capable of handling HR functions with professionalism and authority while maintaining a positive, approachable attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
  • Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR databases.
  • Assist in timekeeping, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
  • Manage employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance evaluations.
  • Support employee relations, including basic conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports, memos, and other HR-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of HR experience in a generalist or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR compliance.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace; HRIS experience is a plus.
  • Strong personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills—able to confidently manage employee concerns and HR processes.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
