The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Product Manager to own a significant part of the Playbook platform. You will move beyond feature execution to drive the product strategy for a key area of our business. You will be responsible for defining the roadmap, understanding the market, and leading a cross-functional team to deliver solutions that provide massive value to our users and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Roadmap: Own and develop the product roadmap and strategy for a key product area, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and user needs.
  • Discovery & Research: Conduct in-depth user research, market analysis, and competitive reviews to identify and validate new product opportunities.
  • Execution & Leadership: Lead an agile development squad, translating the roadmap into a well-defined backlog of user stories and epics. Shepherd features from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Data Analysis: Define and analyze key metrics to measure the success of your products, and use this data to inform your next steps.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the product evangelist for your domain, effectively communicating plans, progress, and results to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and guide other Product Managers, helping to level up the entire product team.

Qualifications:

  • 4-7+ years of experience in product management for a SaaS company.
  • A demonstrated track record of owning and shipping successful products from start to finish.
  • Deep understanding of product strategy, user-centered design, and agile development methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in making data-driven decisions (experience with tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead through influence.
  • Experience in sports tech, community management, or small business software is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php95, Php130,000.00 per month
