We are seeking an experienced and dynamic
Product Sales Manager
that will be responsible for
driving the sales strategy, managing relationships with key clients, ensuring the achievement of sales targets
, and fostering business growth. As a key player in the IT distribution field, this role
requires exceptional communication and decision-making skills
, and a
proven ability to manage and develop a high-performing sales team
.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and grow the overall business performance of assigned product line(s), ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  • Work closely with vendors, principals to align on strategy and ensure successful product positioning and execution.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Channel Account Managers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Technical teams to ensure streamlined product distribution and go-to-market strategies.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular insights and reports to senior management.
  • Maintain deep industry knowledge, staying current on IT trends and competitive landscapes to propose innovative sales and product strategies.
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven work environment.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's/College Degree from a reputable institution, preferably in Business, IT, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving set sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • With experience selling Networking Solutions (Wired/Wireless, Switches, Routers, Servers) and or Cybersecurity Solutions
  • Willing to work onsite
    in Cubao, Quezon City – accessible location, with a collaborative and dynamic office culture.
