As a
Senior Product Manager,
you will define product vision, oversee roadmaps, and lead cross-functional collaboration. You'll manage discovery, delivery, and optimization to ensure products achieve market adoption, deliver measurable business impact, and create lasting value for users worldwide.

The Qualifications We Seek

Education

• Bachelor's degree
  in
  Business, Computer Science, Marketing,
  or related field (Master's preferred)

Experience

• Experience in
  HR technology, workforce management, ecommerce,
  or related domains
• 5+ years in product management roles
  with demonstrated
  success in B2B software products
• Proven track record of leading products from concept to successful market adoption
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product delivery frameworks
• Experience establishing and measuring product KPIs and business impact
• Experience working in organizations undergoing digital transformation

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions
• Cross-functional leadership experience working with engineering, design, and business teams
• Familiarity with enterprise software platforms
• Understanding of
  API integrations, data architecture, and system performance considerations
• Demonstrated experience with user research and customer discovery methodologies
• Proficiency in product analytics tools and data-driven decision making
• Ability to influence and drive cultural change toward product-led practices
• Strong stakeholder management skills across technical and business functions

Your Daily Tasks

Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and communicate compelling product vision aligned with business strategy
• Conduct thorough market analysis, competitive research, and user research
• Develop data-driven product roadmaps with clear business impact projections
• Establish product success metrics and regularly measure/report on ROI

User Experience & Value Creation

• Lead customer discovery initiatives and user journey mapping
• Define user value propositions and measure satisfaction/adoption metrics
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure exceptional user experiences
• Drive A/B testing and experimentation programs for continuous optimization

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Partner closely with engineering teams on technical feasibility and delivery planning
• Collaborate with PMO on project coordination and stakeholder communication
• Work with business stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements
• Coordinate with customer success and sales teams for market feedback

Product Management Excellence

• Work with product leadership to implement robust product discovery and validation processes
• Manage product backlog with clear prioritization frameworks
• Create detailed product requirements and user stories
• Ensure quality product launches with comprehensive go-to-market planning
