Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing tools.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple recruitment tasks.
- Familiarity with interview techniques, screening, and onboarding processes.
- Computer literate and knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be assigned to Western Bicutan, Taguig City.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18, Php19,000.00 per month
