Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated TA Operations Assistant to support the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in managing essential operational tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in HR operations. The role involves accurate 201 system data encoding, efficient filing, and effective requirements management to ensure smooth and organized TA processes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately encode and update employee records in the 201 system and related HR databases.
  • Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for employee documentation and TA records.
  • Assist in managing candidate and new hire requirements, ensuring all necessary documents are collected and complete.
  • Support the TA team in coordinating onboarding documentation and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Monitor and track the status of recruitment and onboarding requirements.
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling, correspondence, and report generation as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to improve operational workflows.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

Qualifications
  • Fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding or interest in HR operations and talent acquisition processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and a willingness to learn HR systems such as 201 encoding.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work well in a team environment
  • Willing to be in a 1 year (12-months) contract
