JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree holder in Finance & Accounting

At least 2.5 years of experience in Accounts Payable

Amenable to attend Interview

Can start as soon as possible

Willing to work in Taguig City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform timely and accurate reconciliation of vendor accounts to ensure alignment

between company and supplier records.

Analyze and resolve vendor disputes, including payment issues, short/overpayments,

and incorrect billing.

Generate and analyze reports related to vendor balances, disputes, claims, and

reconciliation metrics.

Make sure that invoices are paid on time in order to keep both parties' relationships

positive.

Work together with the other department to address all departmental inquiries.
