Job Description : Sales Executive and Product Specialist (In-vitro Diagnostic Products) Department : Sales Department Section : Disease Screening and Treatment Solutions (DSTS)
Position Summary:
The Sales Executive and Product Specialist for Hybribio Products is responsible for promoting and selling disease- screening molecular diagnostic products, including HPV detection kits, genetic screening tools, and infectious disease diagnostics. The role involves driving sales, providing expert technical support, and building strong customer relationships to expand the reach of Hybribio products in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for Hybribio products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in clinical laboratories, hospitals, and research institutions.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Regularly monitor sales performance and provide forecasts and reports to management.
Product Promotion and Expertise
Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Hybribio's molecular diagnostic solutions to potential clients.
- Organize and conduct product training sessions, workshops, and seminars for customers and stakeholders.
- Act as a technical advisor, addressing client inquiries and providing solutions to ensure proper product use.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials specific to Hybribio products.
Customer Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and decision-makers in the healthcare industry.
- Provide post-sale support, including troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns effectively and efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized and reliable service.
Collaboration and Communication
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, purchasing and logistics to align sales strategies and ensure smooth product delivery.
- Attend industry conferences, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent Hybribio products and stay updated on market developments.
- Provide valuable customer and market insights to support product development and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology or BS Biology
- At least 2-3 years of sales or technical experience in molecular diagnostics, biotechnology, or healthcare products.
- Familiarity with PCR, DNA/RNA detection methods, and HPV/genetic testing technologies is highly preferred
SKILLS
- Strong technical understanding of molecular diagnostic products and their applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
