PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

Responsible for the management of product life cycle from pre to mature product phase - management, brand planning and commercialization. The product manager will be in charge in sustaining product entry and growth.

The role reports directly to the Marketing Head and Public Affairs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning and executing strategic business and marketing plans and all marketing activities, in coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring achievement of brand targets, product growth and market share (MS)
  • Development of marketing promotional tools and advertising assets
  • Provide training and presentations to various departments
  • Medical support in KOL activities, congresses, and other medical related events
  • Discussion partner for first, second and third-line professionals such as HCPs and other medical professionals
  • Manage financial responsibility for advertising and promotions (A&P)
  • Adherence to company SOP and internal compliance

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree of any related course.
  • Exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • More than 2 years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong communication, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in customer and market insight.
  • Experience in marketing execution and monitoring.
  • Analytical skills, with the ability to perform data correlation and triangulate data from various sources.
  • Digital marketing capabilities will be preferred.
  • Vaccine or OB market knowledge and launch experience are an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills, collaboration/negotiation skills.
  • Advanced skills on Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are a must.
  • Solution-oriented and resourceful.
  • Sound decision-making skills and self-motivated
