Responsible for leading and managing the entire production department. This role ensures that manufacturing operations are efficient, meet quality and safety standards, and are aligned with company goals. The Production Head oversees production planning, team performance, process improvements, and coordination with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and high output.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all production activities and staff.
  • Develop and execute production plans to meet targets.
  • Ensure products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor production KPIs and drive performance improvements.
  • Manage manpower, materials, and equipment for optimal efficiency.
  • Implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain.
  • Report production performance and challenges to top management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • At least 5–7 years of leadership experience in production or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and safety standards.
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP, or ISO regulations (as applicable).
