Job description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Lead to join our team at One World Deli - Alabang. If you have a strong background in inventory management and a passion for maintaining accuracy and efficiency, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage daily inventory operations
  • Monitor stock levels, track product movement, and ensure accurate inventory records
  • Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff, and management for timely replenishment
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
  • Implement and maintain effective inventory control systems
  • Train and supervise inventory staff to ensure adherence to procedures
  • Generate inventory reports for management review

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in inventory management or related role
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in inventory software and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
