The Sales & Marketing Assistant provides vital support to the Sales and Marketing team in executing promotional strategies, coordinating client communications, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. This role plays a key part in driving brand visibility, enhancing guest engagement, and ensuring the smooth execution of marketing initiatives across Chroma Hospitality properties. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

Assist the Sales & Marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as preparing reports, maintaining client databases, scheduling meetings, and organizing marketing files.

2. Marketing Campaign Coordination

Support the development and rollout of marketing campaigns by coordinating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and creatives to ensure timely execution.

3. Content and Collateral Assistance

Help in drafting, proofreading, and organizing content for social media, newsletters, promotional materials, and sales presentations aligned with Chromas brand standards.

4. Event and Activation Support

Assist in the planning and execution of sales events, client activations, property site inspections, and trade shows, including logistics and on-site support.

5. Sales Tracking and Reporting

Monitor and update sales pipelines, leads, and client feedback, generating basic reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or administrative support, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written with a professional and confident demeanor.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Canva or basic graphic design tools is a plus.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a passion for hospitality and service excellence.
  • Willingness to work in Muntinlupa City.
