Job Description:

Accounts Payable:

- Validate and check vendor invoices for potential discrepancies and ensure compliance with required details

- Monitoring of all posted A/P invoices by AP SSC, and coordinate issue on posting

- Coordinate all SSC AP related transactions and issues

General Accounting:

- Maintain GL account transaction

- Prepare accrual templates for Closing Team

- Monitor accounts for possible adjustment and prepare appropriate correcting entry

- Assist for other duties required for Closing

Risk Management:

- Monitoring Open Item (AP, AR, Advances, VAT, Deposits)

- Daily Investigation of Tagged Risk Items (AP Double Posting, Open Items, Abnormal Increase/Decrease of BS and PL, Due Date over 180days, etc.

- Monthly Key Risk (Open Item, Vendor Account Management, Expense Accrual, AP Double Payment on Asset Account)

Vendor Management:

- Validation of requirements for Accreditation Requests

- Processing Validation management for Registration in the system

- Bank Detail Requirements confirmation and Request to Treasury

- Category Mapping for Registered Vendors

Fixed Asset Management:

- Assist in conducting the Fixed Asset Inventory twice a year

Ad Hoc:

- Monitor and coordinate unclaimed checks with Treasury and related department

- Provide assistance to employees for any finance related concerns

- Perform other finance duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in General Accounting or General Ledger.
  • SAP experience is preferred, particularly in Accounts Payable (A/P) closing and Fixed Asset Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer-literate, with experience using a wide range of software applications.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
