What you'll be doing

  • Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
  • Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections to support financial planning and decision-making
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial analysis and support for operational activities
  • Contribute to the implementation of financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
  • Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Provide administrative support to the finance team as required

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA license is an advantage.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the construction or engineering industry
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and best practices
  • Proficient in using financial software and spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate financial information effectively
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of Philippine tax laws and government reporting requirements.
