Responsible for the technical, security, functional, and operational maintenance of an organization's web presence. This role ensures the website is reliable, up‑to‑date, fast, secure and aligned with business/marketing goals. Often serves as the bridge between content/marketing/design teams and IT/development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operation of the website: Ensure uptime, monitor performance, troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Manage content updates: upload/edit text, images, videos; ensure content is fresh, properly formatted, and aligned with branding standards.
  • Monitor website performance metrics (load speed, downtime, traffic, conversion rates, bounce rate) using analytic tools, report to stakeholders.
  • Ensure website security: implement security patches/updates, maintain backups, monitor threats.
  • Maintain and configure hosting environment, domain names, server settings, web servers and databases.
  • Manage or configure CMS (Content Management System) platforms, including installing modules/plugins, updating themes, ensuring compatibility.
  • Assist in system backups, disaster recovery planning.
  • Collaborate with design, content, marketing, and development teams to plan and deploy new features/functionality.
  • Conduct website audits (content, structure, accessibility) and suggest improvements.
  • Handle technical issues, user support (for internal or external users), and maintenance of user accounts/permissions if needed.
Qualifications & Skills

  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Web Development, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Work is onsite in Binondo, Manila. Mondays to Saturdays (8am to 5pm daily).
