We're looking for a versatile and results-driven Website Developer & SEO Specialist to take full ownership of our online presence. This is a unique dual-role opportunity where you'll blend technical development with strategic SEO to elevate our brand visibility, user experience, and conversion performance.

Important Note:

This role is open only to candidates currently based in Manila, Philippines. While the position starts as remote, all team members will transition to working onsite in our new Manila office by the end of the year during regular business hours.

The Role: Build, Optimise, Grow

You'll be the architect of our digital front door—responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing our website while driving organic traffic and improving search engine rankings. You'll work closely with marketing and operations to ensure our online platform delivers a seamless, high-converting experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & UX Management

• Design, develop, and maintain our primary website using modern web standards (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Build high-performing, conversion-focused landing pages and marketing funnels.
• Manage hosting environments, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations.
• Perform regular updates, debugging, and cross-browser/device testing to ensure optimal functionality.
• Lead content updates and site management via WordPress, Elementor Pro, and related CMS platforms.
• Enhance UX/UI design for intuitive navigation, mobile responsiveness, and engaging visuals.
• Implement robust security protocols, including vulnerability monitoring, backups, and GDPR/data privacy compliance.
• Integrate key tools and platforms (CRM, analytics, email marketing, chatbots) and automate workflows for efficiency.

SEO & Digital Visibility Strategy

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to guide content and optimization efforts.
• Execute on-page SEO: optimize titles, meta descriptions, headers, image tags, and internal linking structures.
• Lead technical SEO audits to improve site speed, crawlability, indexing, mobile performance, and structured data.
• Develop and manage sitemap, , and schema markup for better search engine understanding.
• Drive off-page SEO through strategic backlink building, citation management, and directory listings.
• Collaborate with marketing on content planning, helping create SEO-rich blogs, articles, and product pages.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs/SEMrush (or similar), and generate actionable reports.
• Optimize Google My Business and local SEO to boost visibility in Manila and key service areas.
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and industry trends to keep our SEO strategy sharp and effective.

What You Bring

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in website development and SEO (combined role preferred).
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design principles.
• Expertise with WordPress, Elementor-Pro, Woo-Commerce – particularly in optimising for performance and SEO.
• Demonstrated success in improving organic traffic, keyword rankings, and domain authority.
• Solid understanding of core SEO frameworks: on-page, technical, off-page, and local SEO.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, GTM, and at least one SEO tool (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
• Familiarity with web security, backup systems, CDN, caching, and basic server-side concepts.
• Excellent project management skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong command of written and spoken English; able to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive mindset with a passion for solving problems and driving continuous improvement.
