Job Summary:

We are looking for a Farm Module Supervisor who will oversee daily farm operations, ensure proper animal care management, and maintain biosecurity protocols within the assigned module. The ideal candidate must have a background in Animal Science or related courses and farm management experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Animal Science, Animal Production, or any related course
  • Proficient in standardized farm management practices, farm data analysis, and reporting flock data
  • Equipped with strong leadership, planning, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Willing to stay-in at the farm site located in Bukidnon
  • Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment
  • Free Meals and Accommodation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conducts periodic evaluation of direct reports and identifies specific areas for improvement
  • Trains, leads, and monitors farm personnel in their assigned module in the performance of correct feeding, water management, rearing, laying management, vaccination procedures, biosecurity, and sanitation practices
  • Ensures proper and timely building preparation before flock placement
  • Prepares and submits accurate farm reports such as flock performance, feed consumption, mortality, and farm conditions
  • Inspects the cleanliness of module bunkhouses and surroundings and organizes manpower to ensure assigned module cleanliness
  • Monitors inventory of farm supplies and coordinates replenishment
  • Implements and ensures strict compliance with company biosecurity protocols and farm safety standards
  • Coordinates with farm management for any module-related concerns and activities
