Position: Farm Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Farm Driver to support daily farm operations by ensuring safe, timely, and efficient transport of farm personnel, supplies, and poultry products. The role requires knowledge of farm logistics and basic vehicle maintenance, especially in remote or rural settings.

Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent
• With valid Professional Driver's License (Codes 1, 2, 8)
• At least 1 year of experience as a company or farm driver
• Familiarity with basic vehicle troubleshooting and maintenance
• Physically fit and able to work in a farm environment
• Willing to stay-in at the farm in Bukidnon (free accommodation and meals provided)
• Trustworthy, responsible, and able to follow instructions

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport farm workers, equipment, and poultry products safely and efficiently
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of assigned vehicles at all times
• Assist in loading and unloading of farm supplies and livestock
• Conduct routine vehicle checks and coordinate needed repairs or servicing
• Follow scheduled routes and comply with farm biosecurity and safety protocols
