Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Farm Operations Supervisor, located in Bulacan. The Farm Operations Supervisor will oversee daily layer farm activities, coordinate with staff to ensure efficient operations, manage multiple tunnel-ventilated layer farm production, egg collection warehouse and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include monitoring farm equipment, managing budgets, implementing farm policies, and reporting on farm progress and productivity.

Qualifications
  • Experience in managing farm operations, multitier climate-controlled layer houses.
  • Skills in leadership, team coordination, and staff management
  • Knowledge of safety standards and quality assurance in agricultural practices
  • Budget management and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Sta Maria Bulacan
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field
  • Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus
