  2. Develop materials for internal training programs.

  5. Coordinate with the training vendor on the implementation of training programs.

  5. Endorse qualified candidates for Sales Development Training.

  6. Process requests for payment, cash advances, liquidation, and reimbursements.

  7. Encode Seller's information in the database.

  8. Monitor notices for accreditation termination from the Sales Managers and Directors and provide clearance form to the accredited sellers.

  9. Update database to reflect inactive sellers.

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1 year of work experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the real estate industry
  • Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Psychology
