Discuss the identified training needs and recommend action plans to address the training needs with the Sales Development Head.
Provide inputs on the training design both for internal and external training programs.
Screen resumes and job applications.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment of training content with the existing policies, standards, and procedures.
Develop materials for internal training programs.
Perform all administrative tasks related to training, such as coordinating enrollment, scheduling class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees.
Facilitate internal training programs.
Coordinate with the training vendor on the implementation of training programs.

- Prepare requests for payment of training vendor fees.
For Recruitment:
Create and publish job advertisements in various portals.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlist of qualified candidates.
Conduct in-person interview and endorse pre-qualified candidates for Sales Manager and/or Sales Director's assessment.
Endorse qualified candidates for Sales Development Training.
Process requests for payment, cash advances, liquidation, and reimbursements.
Encode Seller's information in the database.
Monitor notices for accreditation termination from the Sales Managers and Directors and provide clearance form to the accredited sellers.
Update database to reflect inactive sellers.
Qualifications:
- With at least 1 year of work experience in recruitment and selection, preferably in the real estate industry
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Psychology
