Key Responsibilities

SEO & Analytics Management

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to guide content creation.
  • Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on website performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  • Optimize search rankings and website visibility with actionable strategies.
  • Deliver regular reports with data-driven insights and recommendations.

Google Business Profile Management

  • Keep profile updated with posts, sales, photos, and accurate information.
  • Monitor reviews and respond professionally to customer inquiries.
  • Optimize for local search visibility and track performance metrics.

AI Workflow Management & Custom GPT Development

  • Build and refine custom GPTs and AI-driven workflows for content creation.
  • Develop prompt templates for newsletters, market analysis, and Google Business posts.
  • Organize and maintain AI tools for easy team access.
  • Integrate platforms such as ChatGPT, 11Labs, HeyGen into seamless workflows.
  • Document processes and train team members on AI usage.

Strategic Analysis & Performance Optimization

  • Create and manage strategic content calendars across all platforms.
  • Conduct competitor analysis on local real estate marketing strategies.
  • Stay ahead of SEO trends and digital marketing best practices.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across newsletters, blogs, and video content.
  • Track and analyze conversion metrics, ROI, and campaign performance.

Experience & Proficiency

  • Proven expertise with Google Analytics & Google Search Console (report generation & insights).
  • Hands-on experience with Custom GPT development & AI prompt engineering.
  • Advanced skills with ChatGPT and Google Gemini for workflow automation.
  • Minimum 2 years of SEO keyword research & implementation experience.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively without extensive oversight.
  • Strong written English and reporting skills.
  • Problem-solving and technical troubleshooting capabilities.
  • Familiarity with workflow automation (Zapier, , or similar).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google certifications (Analytics, Search Console, SEO).
  • Experience with advanced AI tools , Grok, Canva AI, Microsoft Copilot, Perplexity).
  • Familiarity with AI video/audio tools (11Labs, HeyGen).
  • Real estate marketing experience, ideally in San Francisco.
  • Basic graphic design or visual design skills (Canva AI or Adobe tools).
