(EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are looking for a Document Control Engineer to support the overall project lifecycle for our renewable energy projects. If you have the expertise and a passion for sustainable energy, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

Overall responsible for document control of all ongoing projects under Greenlight Renewables Holdings Inc at all departmental level (Contract and Commercial).

Closely coordinate with Project Site document controls and members from internal departments regarding all documents, submission, letters/ correspondents, drawings etc., related to contractual and commercial tasks/ activities.

Implements document control protocols established for all project and implements updates/ adjustments to the protocols as approved by the project management team; recommends updates to simplify and/or improve the document handling process and its protocols.

Ensures incoming and outgoing project documents are logged, issued and distributed for appropriate action by the assigned team member i.e. EPC Contractor, Owner's Engineer, other stakeholders; follows up as necessary with concerned parties.

File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage. Coordinate with Greenlight Renewable Holdings Inc IT to set-up necessary online document storage and repository.

Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documentation, ensuring controlled access and distribution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in documents management.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, and other office suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A critical thinker and problem solver.
