Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales is crucial, with a preference for candidates with experience in the pet or animal care industry.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for explaining products and building rapport with a diverse range of clients.
  • Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of pet products, including food, toys, accessories, and equipment, is necessary.
  • Animal Passion: A genuine interest in companion animals and a commitment to their well-being are often highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research new customers, follow up on leads from existing clients, and attend industry events like trade shows and conferences to find new sales opportunities.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present and sell products or services to potential and existing customers, explaining features and benefits to meet their needs. Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service, addressing issues, and ensuring satisfaction with purchases.
  • Territory & Market Analysis: Analyze the sales territory to identify market potential, track sales volume, and understand customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work with internal teams, such as marketing and other sales representatives, to share information and coordinate sales efforts.

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
