Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Patient Care
  • Provides direct and comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients.
  • Assesses patient needs and develops appropriate nursing care plans.
  • Administers prescribed medications and treatments accurately and safely.
  • Monitors, records, and reports changes in patients' conditions to the physician or nurse supervisor.
  • Ensures proper documentation of all nursing interventions in the patient's chart.
  • Coordination and Communication
  • Coordinates with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care.
  • Provides health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Participates in patient rounds and case discussions.
  • Safety and Infection Control
  • Observes proper infection control and safety measures at all times.
  • Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned area.
  • Reports and documents incidents or accidents promptly.
  • Equipment and Supply Management
  • Ensures proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
  • Monitors and requests necessary supplies and medications.
  • Professional Development
  • Participates in training programs, seminars, and continuing education activities.
  • Maintains professional competence and upholds nursing ethics and standards.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
  • License: Registered Nurse (PRC License)
  • Experience: Preferably with at least 6 months to 1 year of hospital experience (new graduates may be considered)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a team setting

Work Schedule:
  • Shifting schedule (Day, Evening, Night)
